An inclusive environment starts by welcoming and empowering everyone. The DEI committee promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion for all Brivo employees. Brivo welcomes people of color, women, LGBTQIA+, veterans, and people with disabilities. The Brivo Employee Resources Groups help to critically examine the interactions between these groups in order to promote learning, understanding, and harmony.

Hispanic Organization for Latino Advancement

HOLA! supports the advancement of Hispanic employees through personal/professional development, mentorship programming, and resources. The group works to promote visibility and advocacy for the Hispanic culture.

Brivo’s Employee Engagement Committee works to foster a sense of community and play a supportive role to other ERGs within Brivo. Our mission is to provide avenues for inclusion and relationship building amongst all Brivonians.

Brivo NextGen Leaders Program

Brivo’s Next Generation Leaders Program is designed to grow the leadership skills of the next generation of leaders at Brivo. This program seeks to expand diversity among its management team by identifying and training new and diverse senior employees and subject matter experts in sales, customer experience, administration, business operations, and engineering. A group of “mentees” is selected for training each year to bring new voices and perspectives to the top levels of our organization.

Brivo NextGen Leaders Program

Brivo marketplace

Brivo’s Next Generation Leaders Program develops future leaders. To diversify its management team, this effort hires and develops senior sales, customer experience, administration, business operations, and engineering specialists. Each year, a group of “mentees” is taught to contribute new perspectives to our organization’s leadership.

Brivo NextGen Scholarship

The Brivo NextGen Scholarship is a program for underrepresented students enrolled in marketing, engineering, or business programs interested in the security industry at Hispanic Serving Institutions, and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) local to the Brivo Bethesda, MD offices. The aim of the program is to open doors and nurture the next generation of talent in the security industry.
