The Solution: Centralizing Property Management and Security into a Single Platform
The Caroline partnered with Brivo to implement a comprehensive cloud-based security suite, supported by Maxcom with Allegion Schlage locks.
The property-wide solution features Brivo access control on every unit door and shared spaces, paired with Eagle Eye Cloud VMS for integrated video surveillance. This “single pane of glass” approach allows the front office to link door events directly with video footage.
By leveraging the Entrata PMS Integration, the staff now manages the entire resident lifecycle all in one place. When a resident is onboarded in Entrata, their Brivo Mobile Pass is automatically provisioned, allowing them to download the app and immediately access the gate, fitness center, and their unit. Now, maintenance can immediately verify entry attempts through digital logs, and management can monitor the usage of amenity spaces through integrated cameras and key fobs.
