Carson
Carson runs the resident experience on top of Brivo access control: one app for doors, visitors, deliveries and packages, backed by a 24/7 remote doorman. Carson is a resident experience…
Video entry kiosk providing access through a resident app, synced with Brivo users and doors.
Get started
Invictus XP offers a video entry kiosk for exterior access points and an app for tenants that syncs with Brivo doors and users the property already manages.
Invictus XP is a video entry system for multifamily and commercial properties: a touchscreen kiosk at the door, an app for residents, and a portal for property staff. The integration runs on the building’s Brivo access control.
Brivo stays the source of truth for property managers. Adding, changing, suspending or removing a user happens in Brivo, and Invictus blocks those writes by design, so there is one resident list rather than two to keep aligned. Brivo pushes user lifecycle events to Invictus over a webhook, which Invictus verifies before acting on, and that is what keeps the kiosk and the app current without anyone re-entering a tenant. Invictus creates and maintains the Brivo groups it needs, assigns access points and schedules to them, and issues the digital invitation each resident’s app uses to open a door.
Residents unlock from their phone. A visitor calls from the kiosk and can be let in with a tap, and property staff manage residents, messages and vendor access from the Invictus portal.
One resident list. Users are created and changed in Brivo only. Invictus blocks those writes, so there is no second list to keep aligned.
Changes arrive by webhook. Brivo pushes user lifecycle events to Invictus, which verifies the webhook before acting on them.
Invictus builds the access. It creates the Brivo groups it needs, assigns access points and schedules, and issues the invitations residents use.
Doors open from the app. Residents unlock from their phone, and a visitor calling from the kiosk can be let in with a tap.
Unlinking cleans up after itself. Removing the integration clears the stored credentials, drops the site mapping and unregisters the webhook.
Invictus authenticates to your Brivo account with an administrator credential and registers an account-wide event subscription for user lifecycle events.
Sites, doors and access points are created in Brivo. Invictus reads them, along with users, groups and the Universal Always Access schedule.
Adding, changing, suspending or removing a user happens in Brivo, and Brivo pushes the change to Invictus over a verified webhook.
Residents open doors from the app using the invitation Invictus issues, and a visitor calling from the kiosk can be let in with a tap.
Residents unlock from their phone and let visitors in with a tap from the kiosk at the door. Property staff manage residents, messages and vendor access from the Invictus portal, and the resident list stays in Brivo.
A video entry kiosk at the exterior door, running on the Brivo users and doors the property already manages. Users are added and removed in Brivo and the kiosk and app follow.
An entry kiosk and app that use the same Brivo users and doors the school already manages, so there is one list of people to maintain.
