Brivo Honors COO Hans Kahler

Today I’m announcing that Hans Kahler, Chief Operating Officer, will be leaving Brivo. Hans has been with the company since the early days of Eagle Eye Networks, joining as employee number six in 2013. Over the past 13 years, Hans played a crucial role in transforming a startup venture into Brivo, the AI innovator and global leader in cloud-native physical security we are today.

Over the years, Hans has led many facets of the business including business development, manufacturing, support, marketing, customer success, engineering, and operations. He has helped drive our global expansion, acquisitions, countless technology innovations, our customer-centric approach to business, and the pivotal merger of Eagle Eye Networks with Brivo.

Hans has excelled in every role he’s held. He solves problems, adapts, and leads from the front—whether the task is strategic, operational, or the hands-on logistical challenge of ensuring products are packed and shipped to customers during an ice storm.

The measurable impact of Hans’s work is evident in our rapid growth, offices opened, customers served, and technology adopted in the market. It can also be measured in the culture of innovation he nurtured, which thrives at Brivo today, and the many future leaders he mentored.

As Hans prepares to embark on his next professional chapter, he leaves a lasting legacy at Brivo and the security industry. I want to thank him for his dedication, leadership, and exceptional contributions to Brivo, and to our mission of protecting lives and property, improving business outcomes, and delivering exceptional products and services.

Sincerely,

Dean Drako
