How can I communicate through my security system?
Businesses can use Eagle Eye Networks 2-Way Audio through any mobile phone or tablet using the Eagle Eye Viewer mobile app. Once set up, 2-Way Audio appears within the Eagle Eye dashboard.
When viewing live video of a camera that is linked to a speaker, simply click on the Microphone icon on the right-side of the camera view to initiate a two-way audio session.
Both iOS and Android App versions include 2-Way Audio with the latest versions. Please make sure that you have the latest version installed.
How much does 2-Way Audio cost?
2-Way Audio is an added feature to an Eagle Eye Cloud VMS subscription. If you have an existing Eagle Eye Networks account, please contact your sales representative or Eagle Eye Networks for pricing information for 2-Way Audio.
