Invictus XP
Invictus XP offers a video entry kiosk for exterior access points and an app for tenants that syncs with Brivo doors and users the property already manages. Invictus XP is…
Residents open any door in the building from the Carson app, with a live remote doorman behind it.
Get started
Carson runs the resident experience on top of Brivo access control: one app for doors, visitors, deliveries and packages, backed by a 24/7 remote doorman.
Carson is a resident experience platform for multifamily buildings: one app for entry, visitors, deliveries, payments and service requests, with a 24/7 Live Remote Doorman team behind it. The integration puts that app on top of the building’s Brivo access control.
Residents and staff open online and Bluetooth doors, including elevator floors, from the Carson app rather than a second one. Carson is where a resident record starts: it creates the matching Brivo user, builds the Brivo access groups from the property’s door breakdown (staff-only, common, amenity, elevator and visitor), pushes the user into the right ones, and issues the mobile credential. Removing a resident in Carson removes the Brivo user, so access ends with the lease. Brivo pushes door activity back to Carson over a webhook, which is what the remote doorman team acts on when a visitor or a delivery arrives.
Physical fobs and cards stay in Brivo, created and managed by property staff, and keep working if the internet or a panel is down.
One app for every door. Residents and staff open online and Bluetooth doors, including elevator floors, from the Carson app.
Carson provisions the access. It creates the Brivo user, builds the groups from the property’s door breakdown and issues the mobile credential.
Move-out removes access. Removing a resident in Carson deletes the Brivo user, so entry rights end with the lease rather than later.
Door events reach Carson. Brivo pushes door activity to Carson over a webhook, which is what the remote doorman team watches.
Fobs stay in Brivo. Physical credentials are created and managed by property staff in Brivo, and keep working if the internet or a panel goes down.
Carson is added as a super administrator on the property's Brivo account, which has the API enabled and a signed Brivo API application form.
The integrator creates the doors, floors and any elevator floors in Brivo, along with the Brivo hardware, panels and door licenses.
Carson creates each resident's Brivo user, builds the access groups from the property's door breakdown, and issues the mobile credential.
Residents and staff open doors from the Carson app, and removing a resident in Carson removes the Brivo user.
Residents open any door in the building, including amenities and elevator floors, from the Carson app. Access is created when a resident is added in Carson and ends when they are removed. Property staff create any physical fobs in Brivo, and the property chooses whether to manage them separately or attach them to the Carson user, in which case the fob also ends at move-out.
Staff open online and Bluetooth doors from the Carson app, using the same Brivo access groups that govern the building’s doors, with staff-only areas kept separate from common and amenity doors.
The installing integrator handles panel offline or unreachable, hardware malfunction, Brivo portal login, additional hardware and fobs, Eagle Eye bridge issues and RMAs, networking, and site and door configuration changes.
Carson handles anything in the Carson app, missing or incorrect mobile access, mobile credential resyncs and re-issues, and Eagle Eye remote reboots. Contact Carson tech support at techsupport@carson.live or 646.661.2250 ext 2.
