Savance Workplace runs on top of Brivo to add visitor management, emergency mustering, and electronic in/out boards to the access control platform your organization already uses. It works with the credentials your people already carry, on the readers you already have.
The certified integration syncs users and credentials between the two systems, then subscribes to Brivo events so that every badge scan reaches Savance as it happens. The result is a live view of who is on site. Visitor and staff credentials activate and deactivate on schedule without manual work in either system, and Savance can trigger Brivo-controlled doors, turnstiles, and barrier gates for approved entry.
For the people responsible for a building, that answers two questions the access log alone cannot. Who is in the building right now, and during an evacuation, is everyone accounted for? Both are answered inside the tools your team already uses, without adding a second set of credentials to manage.
What It Does

Live occupancy. Every Brivo badge scan updates an electronic in/out board, so you can see who is on site without asking anyone.

Emergency mustering. Account for staff and visitors at assembly points during a drill or an evacuation, using credentials they already carry.

Visitor management. Pre-registration, check-in at attended stations or self-serve kiosks, and visitor badges issued on arrival.

What You Need
On the Brivo Side
- A Brivo Access account with API access enabled
- An API key, generated from that account
- An administrator account with credential management rights
- Event subscriptions (webhooks) enabled
- The global instance — the EU environment is not supported
On the Savance Workplace Side
- Savance Workplace, with the access control integration license
- Hardware for the capabilities you deploy: kiosks, muster devices, scanners, or displays
