Benefits
Centralize Multi-Location Security With a Single Dashboard
With Brivo Security Suite, you can manage security across multiple locations from a single customizable dashboard. The interface is designed for fast, intuitive navigation, with visual maps and floor plans, real-time metrics, and clear event timelines that help teams act quickly.
Standardize roles, schedules, and policies with enterprise-level scalability, applying them consistently across buildings and teams, even as your footprint grows.
Authorized admins can take remote actions such as locking or unlocking doors, initiating emergency workflows, and adjusting schedules without traveling to a site.
Role-based administration lets HQ set guardrails while local teams handle day-to-day operations. Consistent logging and reporting support you with audits, incident reviews, and portfolio oversight.
Integrations
Modernize Fragmented Tech into One System
Siloed security tools create blind spots and slow response times. Brivo Security Suite modernizes workflows by unifying multiple SaaS solutions and legacy hardware onto a single cloud platform via open APIs and integrations. Instead of a costly rip-and-replace, you can migrate in phases, keeping supported hardware while expanding capabilities. The result is a centralized, future-ready security management system that is easier to audit, manage and scale across all locations.

FAQs About Security Management Systems
What is an enterprise security management system?
A security management system centralizes access control, visitor, video, and intrusion events for one site or many. With it, teams can monitor, investigate, and respond from a single cloud view, anytime, anywhere. The use of AI-powered capabilities and other emerging technologies offers a future-proof solution for your business.
How does centralized operations improve response times?
When alerts, door events, and video are linked, you can verify incidents faster and coordinate action without switching tools. Visualize, navigate, and act.
Can Brivo manage multiple locations and user roles?
Yes. Brivo Security Suite centralizes security across multiple locations, whether you manage a few facilities or thousands, and supports role-based administration with audit-ready event logs.
With identity directory integrations and SCIM-based provisioning, you can automate user provisioning and updates to keep access rights in sync.
What integrations/APIs are supported?
Brivo supports integrations through its open API platform and integrations. This way, you can connect access control with identity, video, building, and workplace systems.
The Marketplace includes identity directory connectors, such as Google Workspace and Okta, as well as cloud video integrations. In addition to native integration with Brivo Video, we also offer API integration with partners such as OpenEye.
Technology partners, such as Braxos, help extend your workflows across physical access ecosystems.
How is redundancy handled if connectivity is lost?
Brivo supports cellular backup (or primary) connectivity for supported control panels, so your system can maintain connectivity to the Brivo cloud if the local internet connection goes down. There are two options:
- Brivo Cellular Network Module (CNM) (plug-in module + cellular plan for ACS300/ACS6000 panels).
- Cradlepoint cellular router approach.
Pairing cellular with Ethernet or Wi-Fi can provide multiple communication paths. If all connectivity paths are unavailable, the control panel continues making access decisions locally using the last downloaded configuration and caches up to 60,000 events (first-in, first-out).
When connectivity returns, those events automatically upload to the cloud, so activity history stays intact.
On the cloud side, Brivo runs on AWS, with redundancy across multiple availability zones and across regions for data storage.
Additionally, daily snapshot backups and warm disaster recovery in additional regions (US, Ohio, Europe, and Ireland). Panels initiate outbound connections only over HTTPS (TCP 443), and Brivo posts planned or unplanned downtime on its public status page.
