BETHESDA, Md. — Brivo, a leading provider of Cloud-based access control and physical security platforms, has launched Brivo Complete. The solution is billed as the industry’s first subscription-based access control and video system that includes installation, hardware and software.
Brivo Complete enables businesses and multifamily communities to secure facilities without the barrier of high upfront costs so they can quickly and affordably deploy security across their buildings, according to an announcement.
“In the same way that consumers have become accustomed to monthly subscriptions, companies have increasingly found business services delivered as subscriptions to be convenient, flexible, and cost-effective. We’re proud to be the first to add a full subscription which includes the cost of installation as well as Cloud-based access control and security to this list,” says Kelly Bond, vice president of dealer development. “Our goal is to ensure Brivo’s heightened levels of security and data management are more accessible so companies can protect their business, people, and community. Brivo Complete’s subscription-based model makes this possible.”
The new offering combines hardware, installation and Cloud-based software services for a complete solution. The subscription services are said to provide a security kit of:
- Hardware to add access control and video surveillance at any door
- Cloud-based software to enable remote access control and live and recorded video
- Building credentials for employees or contractors to replace traditional keys
- Dedicated training from Brivo experts
- Software and firmware updates to ensure the solution is cyber secure
Brivo Complete is structured with an activation payment as low as $99 and a flat monthly service price for a full security solution. In addition to the customer benefits of affordability and scalability, Brivo Complete’s subscription model allows Brivo partners to secure more business, modernize, and grow through recurring monthly revenue (RMR), the announcement states.
As part of Brivo’s commitment to make Cloud-based access control and multifamily smart home technologies more accessible, the company said it will also announce a separate and distinct financing program for customers later this summer.
