The integration puts that app on top of the building&#8217;s Brivo access control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Residents and staff open online and Bluetooth doors, including elevator floors, from the Carson app rather than a second one. Carson is where a resident record starts: it creates the matching Brivo user, builds the Brivo access groups from the property&#8217;s door breakdown (staff-only, common, amenity, elevator and visitor), pushes the user into the right ones, and issues the mobile credential. Removing a resident in Carson removes the Brivo user, so access ends with the lease.
