\u201cWe were managing systems at approximately 20 sites, all of which were on-premise,\u201d said the Security Manager. \u201cIt was essentially a free-for-all with sites managing systems independently. This centralized approach allows them to monitor various doors and devices and secure highly sensitive areas, such as R&D spaces, from a single dashboard. The security manager can also delegate specific permissions to HR, warehouse managers, and facilities personnel\u2014empowering them to manage their respective areas while maintaining centralized oversight.<\/span><\/p>\n

To further ensure efficient operations, Brivo is integrated with the company\u2019s <\/span>identity management system<\/span><\/a>, automating user provisioning and de-provisioning. New hire profiles are automatically generated in Brivo, and access is instantly revoked upon termination. This integration eliminates the need for manual data entry and ensures that security protocols are enforced the moment an HR status changes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Another key component of their physical security strategy is the integration of Eagle Eye Networks cameras into the Brivo dashboard.
