ACS4000 End-of-Life Notice
- The purpose of this announcement is to communicate the End-of-Life (EOL) date for the ACS4000 panel on January 31st, 2017. After this date, the panel will no longer communicate with Brivo OnAir, and will not be supported by Brivo Technical Support. This EOL is necessary to maintain the overall OnAir system at the technical standards expected by our customers and at the levels promised by Brivo. Users should upgrade their ACS4000 hardware to a supported platform well before the EOL date to ensure continuation of uninterrupted service.
The ACS4000 has been superseded by the ACS5000 panel. There is an upgrade path available for transitioning to newer panels. For assistance with the transition, please contact email@example.com.
