BRIVO APPLICATION NOTICES

Overview

With this feature enabled, Brivo Onair will suspend all credentialed users unless they belong to a group which is excluded. Users will be suspended on a daily basis until the feature is disabled.

Requirements

Any door associated with a Brivo controller. There are no firmware restrictions.

Configuration Steps

1. Go to Setup -> Account -> Account Settings.

2. Click on the Personnel Control tab (A).

3. Enable the feature by clicking the Enable Personnel Control Configuration checkbox (B).

    a. Disabling the feature will require the checkbox to be unchecked.

Note: When disabling this feature, all suspended users will be reinstated. It is recommended that all users whom
you want to keep suspended should be put in a group and added as an Excluded Group in the Excluded Groups
field (D).

4. Click on the Choose button next to Checkpoint Devices (C) to select the device(s) you want to use to
reinstate users.

    a. Once a user uses their credential at this reader, that user’s status will change to active.

5. Click on the Choose button next to Excluded Groups (D) to select the group(s) whose users you want to remain active and not change to suspended

    a. Any users who are a part of an excluded group will not change status. For example, if a user
        who is a part of an excluded group is currently active, their status will not change.

Overview

With this feature enabled, Brivo Onair allows administrators to require Brivo Mobile Pass credential holders to agree to the guidelines laid out in the facility safety policy before being allowed to enter the facility.

Requirements

The latest version of the Brivo Mobile Pass application for iOS or Android.

Configuration Steps

1. Go to Setup -> Account -> Account Settings.

2. Click on the Brivo Mobile Pass tab (A).

3. Enable the feature by clicking the Enable COVID-19 Self-Screening checkbox (B). All sites using Brivo Mobile Pass credentials will display a green Active icon (C) next to the site name.

a. Disabling the feature will require the checkbox to be unchecked.

4.If you have some sites you do not wish to use the self-screening option, click on the green Active icon and it will change to grey Not Active (D).

5. When the Brivo Mobile Pass credential holder uses the app to open a door at an Active site, they will see the Facility Safety message appear. In order to continue, the credential holder will have to click I Agree.
