Brivo® ACS OnSite™ is a Web-connected application accessible from any standard browser on
any computer. If you can use a Web browser, you can use Brivo.
Log in to ACS OnSite using any standard Web browser—anywhere, anytime...
The Activity Log displays system activity by listing event history.
Custom reports are easily created with ACS OnSites point-and-click interface.
A custom report is viewed by simply selecting it from the list of reports.
The Device Directory lists all of the devices on the system. Simply click the “Create New Device” button to add a device.
Create a new door by entering the door details, such as its related schedules, groups, and access settings.
The new input device screen allows the administrator to enter the device settings.
The list of all schedules is displayed by clicking on the “Scheduling” tab.
Creating a schedule is easy—highlight blocks of time using the point-and-click grid, and set details such as holiday exceptions.
Clicking on the “Cards” tab displays the list of cards already recognized by the system.
To add a new card, the card information can be entered manually.
The Users tab allows a list of all groups established within the system to be displayed.
To create a group, just enter the group name and then select the correct access for each device.
The Users list shows the groups each user belongs to. Using the filter creates a view of users by group.
Adding a new user entails entering his or her name and associated card information, and assigning the user to a group. A date range allows a start and end-date to be setan easy way to assign access privileges for temporary employees.
When adding a user, you can select a card already in the system rather than entering a new card.
A swiped card that registers as “unknown” can be added to the system directly from the activity log, eliminating the need to enter cards into the system manually.
Email notifications allow events to be reported by email. Multiple notifications can be established for various devices, recipients, events, and schedules.
Creating an email notification is as easy as entering the device name and email address, and selecting what event or schedule to report on.
The ACS OnSite is ideal for buildings that house multiple businesses that need to control their own individual devices. This is done through “Tenant Accounts” that are set up by a Master Administrator.
Creating a new Tenant Account is as easy as entering the tenants contact information. The Tenant Account has its own administrator, so they can control their own devices.
