On-premises User Administration Training and
System Commission
Training is a valuable service to ensure that buyers receive the maximum benefit out of their new purchase. Labor, time, and financials savings are a direct outcome of the investment in training services. For any new IT system, System Administrators benefit from training to manage credentials and other user information, as well as technical performance and upkeep of the system and its network components.
System Administrator training provides general office or security personnel with hands-on training on the use of the browser-based user interface to the Brivo ACS applications. Courses are of much shorter duration than typical tutorials due to the ease-of-use of the HTML (browser) interface. Training packages are available based on the count of occupants you wish to train. Instructor-led Online User Administration Training
In many new installations on-premises user training is required but is impractical to schedule. Brivo now offers system administration via Webinar. Once this service has been requested by the Brivo dealer, the trainer will send an information form to be filled out by the requestor. Brivo will take care of everything else including scheduling the interactive Webinar with all parties, setting up the conference call and follow-up questions.
Online User training provides general office or security personnel with hands-on training by logging into their browser based account to share with attendees while the Brivo trainer guides them through the topics below and answers specific questions. Courses are of much shorter duration than typical tutorials due to the ease-of-use of the HTML (browser) interface

Online OnSite SE™/XE Training
The OnSite SE/XE training course is designed to educate installers on the installation, operation, and configuration of the OnSite Appliance-based solutions. The course is self–paced, allowing for flexibility of busy schedules while eliminating the expense of traveling and classroom participation.
This training is available only to Authorized Brivo Dealers. To get started, you must first register online at the Brivo Learning Management System home page. Once you have completed the registration form you will receive a confirmation of your registration details, following an approval email with your login credentials.
