On-premises Support with Brivo Technician
Installation and on-premise commissioning are an essential part of ensuring the successful launch of a new security system. On-premise support provides assistance with advanced designs and programming configurations that are unique to the application.
Services that are available to be performed while on-premise include:
- Account setup design
- Special application programming
- Database imports
- Badge configuration
- ACS5000-S to ACS OnSite Aparato Appliance Conversion
- End user administration training.
Please note that the installing integrator must be present while Brivo field support personnel are performing these services. Equipment and cabling must be installed with all devices connected and tested prior to the Brivo technician’s arrival. Daily rate does not include travel and overtime; expense reports will be provided to the customer. Allow at least 2 weeks for Standard Lead Time rate.

On-premise User Administration Training
Training is a valuable service to ensure that end users receive the maximum benefit out of their newly installed system. System Administrators benefit from training to manage credentials and other user information..
System Administrator training provides general office or security personnel with hands-on training on the use of the browser-based user interface to the Brivo ACS applications. Training packages are available based on the count of occupants you wish to train.

Online User training provides general office or security personnel with hands-on training by logging into their browser based account to share with attendees while the Brivo trainer guides them through the topics below and answers specific questions.
