Steve Van Till

President and Chief Executive Officer

A co-founder of Brivo Systems, Steve served first as CTO and more recently as President and CEO, guiding the company from its initial vision of providing Web-based security services and products to its current position as the largest online access control system in the industry. An interactive systems architect, Steve helped launch Brivo after serving as Director of Internet Consulting for Sapient Corporation, where he lead Internet strategy engagements to support "dot com" startups and Fortune 500 new ventures. Prior to joining Sapient, Steve led Internet strategy development in the healthcare informatics industry for HCIA Inc. Steve also has over 10 years experience in wireless communications as Vice President of Software Development at Geostar Inc., the first commercial satellite-based vehicle tracking system in the US, and as Director of Systems Engineering at Communications Satellite Corporation, a global communications company, where he held product-line management positions for voice/data products. Steve holds a bachelor's degree from Calvin College and was a Ph.D. candidate in physics at the University of Maryland.

Bob Mosler

Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Bob brings over 30 years of experience in the electronic security industry to his new position, including tenure in both the dealer and manufacturer segments. Prior to joining Brivo, Bob was with Northern Computers for nearly nine years. At Northern Computers, he held positions of Southern Division Director, National Accounts Manager, and Regional Manager. Prior to joining Northern Computers, Bob was employed by Diebold, where he held the positions of SE Region Electronic Security Account Manager, Director of Major Accounts, and Southeast Region Sales Manager for Electronic Security Products. He began his career in electronic security with 15 years at ADT Security Systems, filling various operations and sales roles. He graduated from United Electronics Institute in Louisville, KY, and has been a member of ASIS for over 15 years.

Dave Williams

Vice President, North American Sales

Dave has been with Brivo since February 2004. He has 14 years tenure in the electronic access control industry, 11 years of which he spent with Northern Computers. He started out as an Inside Sales Representative and then became National Sales and Applications Manager where he was responsible for managing both the Inside Sales and Customer Service departments. Dave joined Brivo as the Midwest Regional Sales Manager where he increased sales 412% in 2005 over 2004. He took on the Director of National Accounts role in 2006, and now oversees all of Brivo's North American sales. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing from University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point.

William Savage

Vice President, Operations

Bill joined Brivo in May of 2007. His background includes over 14 years in the CCTV, Digital Technology and Access Control industries. Prior to joining Brivo, Bill was the Vice President of Technical Services for AMAG Technology, overseeing Professional Engineering Services, Product Management, Technical Support and Reseller Training. Previously he was the Worldwide Manager of Technical Services for Pelco, where he was responsible for providing unsurpassed customer service and technical support. Bill has earned a reputation in the industry as a key player in government and commercial installations and has accordingly received several industry awards for Exceptional Customer Service and Superior Product Innovation.

Rueben Orr

Director of Business Development

Rueben brings to Brivo more than 15 years experience in the electronic security industry as a systems integrator. He began his career as an Installation Technician with Multimedia Security Service, and when it became part of Protection One, Rueben stayed on as a General Manager. He subsequently joined SimplexGrinnell’s Building Systems Sales in Denver, and then moved onto Apex Technology Solutions. At Apex, Rueben opened a new branch office, and served as a National Sales Manager and Director of Government Systems. He has extensive experience in the design, sale, and installation of access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, and fire alarm systems for most major vertical markets including healthcare, transportation, property management, utilities, education, and institutional facilities.

Ethan Lewis

Director of National Accounts

Ethan has more than 20 years experience in the electronic security field and recently joined Brivo in February of 2008. Prior to that, Ethan was with Northern Computers/Honeywell Systems Group for eight years as a Regional Sales Manager and a National Account Manager. Ethan also worked as an Integrated Security Representative for Simplex. He began his career in the security industry with ADT Security Services as a Commercial Sales Representative and moved to National Accounts. His sales experience ranges from providing solutions at the dealer and integrator level to forging lasting partnerships in the manufacturing arena. He has a BS degree in Economics from the University of Georgia. He is based in Birmingham, Alabama.

Shawn Gore

Director of Distribution and International Sales

Shawn has spent more than 20 years in the access control field involved with selling and promoting various manufacturers including Schlage Electronics, Software House, and Kantech, on a worldwide basis. At Brivo, he has helped develop the Canadian and International markets and is focused on strengthening Brivo’s U.S. distribution network.

Meredith Esham

Director of Marketing

Meredith joined Brivo in July 2006. Her experience in marketing spans more than 10 years and covers a broad range of industries, including telecommunications, Internet technology, consulting, manufacturing, and electrical distribution. Specific areas of focus throughout her career have included marketing communications, sales support, and database marketing. Meredith earned her Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA, and her MBA in e–business from the University of Phoenix.

Brent Stidley

Director of Administration and Controller

Brent joined Brivo in late 2004. Before Brivo, Brent was President of Your CFO, a financial consulting firm, for 18 years. Through this experience, Brent served as CFO for several small firms simultaneously. Throughout his career, he was responsible for upgrading older financial systems and revising administrative processes. The industries he served included long-term healthcare, telecommunications, consulting, advertising, and numerous contractors. Prior to Your CFO, Brent held the Controller position for Godick & Company. Brent has a BS in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, IL.

Robert L. Fealy

Chairman of the Board

In addition to Chairman of Brivo Systems, Robert L. Fealy is Executive Vice President of Duchossois Industries, Inc., and Managing Director of Duchossois Technology Partners, a venture capital firm investing in early, mid, and growth stages of high potential technology companies. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of AMX and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Milestone AV Technologies. Fealy serves on the Board of Directors of Churchill Downs, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company, and is a member of the Executive Committee. He serves on the Boards of Pella Corporation, Radeum, Inc. and Duchossois Industries, Inc., as well as Duchossois’ affiliate, The Chamberlain Group. He is a founding Board member of the Illinois Venture Capital Association and Treasurer of the IVCA-PAC. Prior to joining Duchossois in 1996, Bob served in several senior roles at Cummins Engine Company, including Vice President of Business Strategy and Treasurer. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati (BBA 1973) and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a Trustee of the University of Cincinnati Foundation, a member of the UC Business Advisory Council, a lifetime member of the UC Alumni Association and West Suburban Chair of the Greater Chicago Committee for UC.
