In most organizations today, visitor management consists of visitors scribbling their name in a paper guest book. With EasyLobby, visitors electronically scan their ID (driver's license or business card), all relevant information about them is automatically captured in a database, and a professional quality visitor badge is printed.
From within the EasyLobby SVM™ (Secure Visitor Management) software, all the information pertaining to a visitor including name, access rights, card number, and expiration date/time are automatically synchronized with the user’s Brivo access control system (ACS). This means that receptionists, guards, and other lobby personnel do not need to administer the Brivo ACS. Based on the information entered into the EasyLobby system, the correct credentials can be supplied without duplicating data entry. Visitors leave the front desk with a credential providing them with the access they need for their visit—to the proper buildings, floors, suites, or internal offices—and only for the length of their visit.
